JLon Beauty Bar does not offer refunds. We do offer a 3-day grace period to come in for touch-ups if needed.

This does not apply to personal touch-ups or weekly refills

We accept eyelash refills if you had your lash done from other lash lounges. Price Varies deepening on the condition, if you have less than 20% of the extensions left it would be considered a new set.

We accept appointments from online booking and calls. If the client prefers to call in to book an appointment, please have your credit card ready to put on deposit on our system.

Clients can cancel, or reschedule their appointments from the confirmation link that our system sends at no charge.

Take note that there will be a 50% charge cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment, this helps make sure that the technicians are not sitting and losing possible compensation if there is a no-show.
